Cancellation Policy

Tentative bookings may be made over phone in order to avoid the upfront costs. If you need to reschedule a prepaid booking we need at least 24 hrs prior notice in order to reschedule. Please call us at our information below or send an email. If you fail to cancel or contact us at least 2 hrs before your appointment a refund for the booking cannot be granted for prepaid bookings.
